PRIVACY POLICY:
We will not share any information you provide us. We may e-mail you with information in which we think you would be interested.
We do not sell, forward, submit or provide any customer, personal or credit information to a third party. We will not send spam e-mails of any kind nor do we submit your e-mail address to a third party or any other source or organization. We may send e-mails to our customers announcing new products or specials.
TERMS:
In our opinion and based on the customer’s purchase and payment history, the terms are the following:
. Payments due up to 30 days after invoice date.
. We required a 50% up-front payment and balance before shipping.
. Full pre-payments orders.
SHIPPING:
Standard design orders are typically shipped within 2 to 4 weeks with the exception of Special or Customized Orders. Some products may require additional time to complete. You will be advised of the estimated lead time on your quote or order confirmation.
Shipping of Toilets and Kitchen sinks will be (LTL) using freight truck companies on a pallet with lift gate service. We will provide a quote or you can use your own broker.
For shipping, customers may select FedEx or UPS. If you have special rates, we can ship on your account number. We can drop ship to any of your clients in the US, US territories and Canada.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns and cancellations are NOT ALLOWED on Custom Designs and Hand Painted orders.
Undecorated Sinks cannot be returned without written authorization of Atlantis Porcelain Art, Corp. and a 35% RESTOCKING FEE will be charge plus shipping. Claim for damage must be filed by the customer within 24 hours receipt. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please e-mail or fax us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization Number) before returning any merchandise this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or it will be refused. Items must be returned no later than 10 days after you have received them. No returns will be accepted nor credits issued without RGA #. All authorized returns must have the RGA # clearly posted on the outside of the box. No exceptions allowed on the above terms.
Under no circumstance will Atlantis Porcelain Art, Corp be responsible for consequential damages or labor cost due to any failure. We cannot be responsible for cracks or any other damage that occur during the firing process on products provided for decoration by the customer. We are not responsible for labor or freight in such a case.
WARRANTY:
All Atlantis Porcelain Art products are warranted against any defect in materials and workmanship for one year after the invoice date. Gold and/or Platinum finishes are not warranted.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Are the hand painted designs permanent?
A: Yes, they are. All the pigments are applied on the surface of the glaze and fired at 1500-Fahrenheit degrees making them fuse into the glaze.
Q: How do I clean my new hand painted sink?
A: Clean your sink only using water, mild dishwashing liquid or rubbing isopropyl alcohol 70% using a soft cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners, bleach, disinfectants or cleaning products containing ammonia, hydrochloric or phosphoric acids as they will damage or scratch the surface of the hand painted china fixture.
Q: Can you custom a sink from my ideas?
A: Yes. Any idea you have, wallpaper, fabric piece of marble or stone etc. Just send it to us and we will send you a quotation plus a free rendering of your future hand painted sink.
Q: I love one of your designs, but what if I prefer to use another sink?
A: You can choose any of our designs, and it will be hand painted on any of the white sinks we have on our web.
Q: Can I send my own sink to be painted?
A: Yes, but I can’t guarantee the sink from breaking. If the sink gets broken in the kiln during the firing process, a $250.00 net will be apply to your existing order, and you will need to send a new sink to be painted.
Q: Can I send a used sink to be painted?
A: No, a used sink or a wet sink can’t be painted because of the water memory retained inside; it will be a broken piece-100%.
Q: Are your hand painted sinks guaranteed?
A: Only hand painted designs are guaranteed with the proper care from you. Gold and Platinum designs are not guaranteed.
Q: What is the time for delivery on a hand painted order?
A: After confirmation of your order, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery.
Q: What if I don’t like my delivered hand painted sink?
A: We recommend purchasing a sample tile in order to view the finished colors prior to the final product shipment. Remember returns and cancellations are not allowed on custom designs and hand painted orders.
Q: How can I know the price of a hand painted design sink?
A: You can send us an e-mail with the name of the design and the sink model number you want to be painted, and we will send you an estimate with the final price. Hand painted sinks are priced individually depending on the size of the sink and the complexity of the hand painted design.
Q: Which are my payments options?

Q: Are your sinks shipped with foam?
A: Yes, all sinks are carefully foam packed using a double wall box for full protection, and a net of $30.00 will be charged for the foam packing and handling of each carton.
