All shipment will be F.O.B from our distribution center. A net $30.00 charged for foam and handling will apply for each carton.

Merchandise cannot be return without written autorization of Atlantis Porcelain Art,Corp and a 35% RESTOCKING FEE will be charge plus shipping. The customer is responsible for seeing that the merchandise being return is properly packaged in original boxes and for the return freight charges.

Atlantis Porcelain Art,Corp liability on claims for shortages, defective on workmanship or materials, is limited to the replacement of the merchandise.

Under no circumstance will Atlantis Porcelain Art,Corp be responsible for consequential damages or labor cost due to any failure.
